Mini MM Program

Mini MM is a program designed to provide stimuli—in the same way that MM/MBA program does—to further foster critical thinking and inspire innovations derived from best practices in various contexts. In addition to that, a balanced composition of theoretical concepts and concrete practices enables this program to perform its function as a means to improve its participants’ competences in management and business.

Target of the Program: 

  • The program is aimed at honing conceptual thinking skills, especially in the field of management.
  • It is also aimed at inspiring new strategies obtained from meaningful discussions on management best practices within various industries.

Participant Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) at minimum
  • Two years of working experience at minimum
  • A year of running a business at minimum for business owners
Learning Method
  • Teaching and learning process via zoom webinars within a period of 12 days (a week of Monday to Saturday)
  • Group assignments, presentations and quizzes
  • Final Examination
  • Practitioner sharing sessions with Guest Lecturers
Duration for Each Module
  • Each module will take 2 weeks and held twice annually in May and November (participants will be able to choose one of the two batches)
  • Week 1: Zoom class lecturing (Monday–Friday (night class), Saturday (full-day class))
  • Week 2: independent assignments and examination (Monday–Saturday)
